You will work closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business development, oversee project delivery, and grow a high-performing team of SAP consultants. You will be a visible leader within the SAP community and a trusted advisor to our clients and executive leadership teams.

Collaborate with account teams to support sustainable revenue growth. Demonstrated experience building and leading consulting teams. Your Role As SAP Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future growth of our SAP business.

Your Responsibilities Lead and Grow the SAP Practice Define and execute the strategic direction of the SAP S/4HANA practice. Support the continued growth of our SAP consulting business through thought leadership and market engagement. Develop, mentor, and inspire SAP consultants, managers, and architects.

Strengthen our position as a trusted SAP transformation partner. Drive Business Development Build long-term relationships with CFOs, Directors, CIOs, and senior business stakeholders. Lead sales engagements, client workshops, and proposal activities. Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and win new business.

Deliver Complex SAP Transformations Provide executive oversight for SAP S/4HANA e transformation programmes. Act as a trusted advisor throughout programme lifecycles, from strategy through implementation. Support governance, quality assurance, and successful delivery outcomes. Engage directly with client steering committees and executive sponsors.

What You Bring Extensive SAP consulting experience within a consulting or system integration environment. Proven success leading S/4HANA transformation programmes and client engagements. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA. Commercial mindset with a track record of business development and account growth.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders. Passion for developing people and creating a collaborative consulting culture. You will have the opportunity to: Influence the strategic direction of a growing SAP practice.
