Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of real-time graphics engines and pipelines.
• Architect and implement efficient rendering techniques, shaders, and visual effects systems.
• Collaborate with software engineers, artists, and designers to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Identify and resolve complex performance bottlenecks and technical issues within the graphics engine.
• Develop and maintain robust build systems and deployment pipelines for real-time applications.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of engine features, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in real-time graphics development, with at least 4 years in a Technical Director or lead engineering role.
• Expertise in C++ and graphics programming, with a deep understanding of graphics APIs (e.g., DirectX, Vulkan, Metal).
• Proficiency with major game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity, including engine architecture and customization.
• Strong knowledge of rendering techniques, shader development (HLSL, GLSL), and optimization strategies.
• Experience with performance profiling tools and debugging complex graphics issues.
• Solid understanding of computer graphics principles, mathematics, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
