Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to identify potential executive candidates globally.
• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies for senior leadership roles.

• Conduct rigorous competency-based interviews and assessments for executive-level candidates.
• Manage the entire executive search process, from initial briefing to offer negotiation and closing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, preferably within a retained search firm.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives and C-suite leaders.
• Exceptional research, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of various industries and their leadership talent requirements.
• Excellent remote communication and presentation skills, capable of building rapport virtually.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex, confidential searches effectively from any location.
