Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research and proactive sourcing to identify top-tier executive talent globally.
• Manage end-to-end executive search projects, ensuring confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Develop compelling search strategies and present qualified candidate profiles to clients.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership potential and fit.
• Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation strategies for executive roles.

Requirements

• Significant experience (8+ years) in executive search, preferably within a reputable Recruitment Consultancy.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives (C-suite, VPs, Directors).
• Exceptional networking, research, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of various industries and organizational structures.
• Excellent remote communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a remote environment.
