About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and discreet Remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership from East London . This fully remote position demands exceptional organizational prowess, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex schedules and confidential information with utmost professionalism. You will be instrumental in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the executives you support, acting as a key liaison and gatekeeper. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions for executive meetings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to executives.
- Assist with project management, research, and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual collaboration tools.
