Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of online esports tournaments across various game titles.
• Develop and manage tournament rulesets, formats, and dispute resolution processes.
• Coordinate with game developers, publishers, and platform providers to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage online communication channels for participants, referees, and technical support staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of prize pools and awards.
• Work with the marketing team to promote tournaments and drive player participation.
• Monitor tournament progression, troubleshoot technical issues, and make real-time decisions to maintain integrity.
• Develop post-tournament reports, analyzing performance metrics and player feedback.
• Manage relationships with casters, streamers, and other broadcast talent.
• Continuously research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the esports industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience in organizing and managing online esports tournaments.
• Deep understanding of popular esports titles, their competitive scenes, and associated rulesets.
• Excellent knowledge of tournament platforms and management software.
• Strong organizational, planning, and logistical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse groups of people remotely.
• Proficiency in online collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Discord, Slack, Zoom).
• Ability to remain calm and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
• Experience with prize pool management and distribution.
• Familiarity with esports broadcasting and streaming production is a plus.
