Your Tasks Develop integrated regional media and activation strategies aligned with category and brand priorities.

Partner with marketing and eCommerce teams to embed performance marketing into planning and execution. Build capabilities in integrated media planning through collaboration with markets, global teams, and agency partners.

Promote best-practice sharing, innovation, creativity, and experimentation across regional and local teams Define and lead the regional influencer marketing strategy across EUNA as part of integrated media planning. Strengthen collaboration with media agencies, technology partners, eCommerce, Procurement, regional marketing teams, and Global Media.

Lead the annual EUNA media planning process, ensuring alignment with business priorities and consistent, high-quality media plans. Define the regional audience strategy to drive sustainable growth. Lead KPI frameworks and performance tracking with Data & Analytics to maximize media effectiveness and ROI.

Drive media excellence, scale best practices, and strengthen category communications across channels. Evolve the integrated iCom operating model to improve resource allocation and investment efficiency. Position influencer marketing as a full-funnel growth driver, including creator commerce and affiliate models.

Develop data-driven influencer frameworks aligned with audience, brand, and eCommerce strategies. Integrate influencer activities across paid, owned, and earned channels. Standardize operating models, governance, measurement, KPI tracking, and reporting. Drive innovation in creator strategies and platform partnerships.

Build regional and local capabilities through upskilling and best-practice sharing. Lead regional influencer events while ensuring brand safety, compliance, and governance. Build strategic partnerships with regional media agencies to drive innovation and best-in-class delivery.

Support the evaluation, optimization, and annual performance review of regional agency partnerships.

Your Profile Experience in media management (10 years) with strong understanding of media & digital functions at global, regional and local level Experience in developing integrated activation programs at a global/regional and local level with specific focus on digital and social media Strong understanding of media buying and how this relates to media strategy and planning Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills and working in a cross functional setup in a matrix organization Have an in-depth knowledge about the evolving media landscape and changes in consumer habits Experience in managing external partnerships with agencies Demonstrating excellent communication, strategic & analytical skills and thinking and a growth mindset Fluent in English At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
