Regional Director (m/f/d) Sales Excellence Your responsibilities Optimal exploitation of our market potential and market-oriented implementation of the various sales measures in the target marketsConduct partner searches and coordinate due diligence, partner contracting, negotiation of contract termsMarket and competitive analysis to improve understanding customers’ needs and business development supported by specific Plan of ActionsBuilding and improving relationships with local partnersTender preparation, participation and communicationEstablishment and expansion of the sales network in the region to be servedMonitoring of ordering and forecasting process and preparation of short-, medium- and long-term sales and profit planningMonitoring of sales related financial issues (e.g. credit limit, commissions, receivables, special shipping authorization)Preparing sales management data for internal purposesDefining product portfolios for the individual target marketsPlanning marketing and medical activities in cooperation with respective colleaguesDevelopment and implementation of regional registration strategy in alignment with Corporate Regulatory Affairs (CRA); scheduling and support of governmental audits/inspectionsYour profileProfound experience in driving sales growth in complex business areasExperience in managing strategic partnerships that are critical to corporate objectivesConfident interaction with stakeholders across departments and company boundariesStrategic thinking and diplomatic action to continuously strengthen relationships with external partnersStrong customer focus with the desire to quickly meet customer needsConfident in dealing with commercial and technical complexityVery good written and spoken English is required; knowledge of German is an advantageKnowledge of other foreign languages and intercultural experience (e.g., living or working abroad) is an advantageHealthcare is team workAs international as a corporation, as personal as a medium-sized business: this is the culture at Biotest.
