Qualifikationen • MSc or PhD in Agronomy, Plant Nutrition, Soil Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years' industrial R&D experience within the fertilizer or crop nutrition industry.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Biostimulants, Controlled-release fertilizers, Water-soluble fertilizers, Liquid fertilizers, Fertilizer formulation, Nutrient use efficiency technologies. • Strong scientific problem-solving and product development capability. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to explain complex technologies to both technical and commercial audiences. • Fluent German and Fluent English. • Candidates currently working for leading fertilizer or crop nutrition companies are particularly encouraged to apply.

Über die Rolle This is an opportunity to join a growing European R&D centre in Munich and play a key role in developing innovative fertilizer solutions while collaborating with international research and commercial teams.

Verantwortlichkeiten • Lead and contribute to the research, development and optimisation of innovative fertilizer technologies. • Develop new products across crop nutrition technologies, including: Biostimulants, Controlled-release fertilizers, Water-soluble fertilizers, Liquid fertilizers, Fertilizer efficiency enhancement technologies • Design and execute laboratory, greenhouse and field evaluation programmes. • Translate scientific research into commercially viable products. • Provide technical expertise to internal stakeholders and support technology transfer into manufacturing. • Deliver technical presentations to customers, distributors, strategic partners and industry stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with international R&D teams to drive product innovation and technology strategy. • Monitor emerging technologies, market trends and competitive developments within crop nutrition.
