• Management of CATI projects in national and international settings, ensuring quality, timing and budget adherence • Organization of ongoing survey operations (market and social research, not sales) • Evaluation, motivation and supervision of interviewers • Conducting recruitment activities, information sessions, job interviews and full-day basic training for new interviewers • Processes related to the development and onboarding of new interviewers • Conducting study-specific briefings for interviewers and preparing the associated documentation and training materials • Monitoring the quality of collected survey data • Supporting management with organizational tasks • Contributing to the development of quality standards • Communication with internal and external clients – national and international Requirements • Strong communicator with a confident manner when dealing with internal and external clients • Analytical thinker with strong communication and organizational skills • Good numerical skills and a precise, detail-oriented approach • Structured, independent, reliable and pragmatic working style • Very good MS Office skills • German: excellent; English: good Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing CATI projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timing, and budget while effectively communicating with internal and external clients.
