Work Environment This role is based in an office environment in Rosemont, IL, with a team of approximately 50 professionals across architecture, design, project management, and construction disciplines. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $67.31 - $84.13/hr.

Project Executive The Project Executive leads complex, healthcare-focused design-build projects from early planning through construction handoff, partnering closely with senior designers and clients to define goals, scope, schedule, and budget.
This role manages project timelines, financials, and documentation, coordinates with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensures design and construction documents meet quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities Partner with senior designers and clients to define project goals, scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives. Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines so that key milestones are clearly defined and consistently met.
Create scopes of work and support budgeting, estimating, and subcontractor selection to set projects up for successful delivery. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and engineers throughout design and preconstruction to maintain clear communication and alignment.
Assist in space planning and design development while ensuring all design decisions adhere to established budget requirements. Track project financials, monitor costs, and proactively identify potential cost or profitability concerns to protect project performance.
Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and subcontractor submissions for quality, completeness, and compliance with project standards. Participate in site visits, client meetings, and construction coordination activities as needed to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
Travel as required to support project needs, including client meetings, site visits, and coordination with external partners. Essential Skills 6–10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on healthcare projects. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Revit and experience with architectural design and construction documentation. Strong background in architecture, construction, and design-build project delivery. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
Comfortable interacting directly with clients and building strong professional relationships. Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and drive successful outcomes with diverse stakeholders. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to present information clearly. High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to achieve results in a performance-driven environment.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to following established processes and standards. Proven track record of success in a goal-oriented, performance-driven setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working within a fully integrated design-build environment where architects, designers, project managers and construction professionals collaborate closely. Background in healthcare-focused projects and interest in further specializing in the healthcare sector.
Ability to wear multiple hats and contribute across different phases of the project rather than working in a highly siloed role. Comfort working directly with leadership and taking ownership of project outcomes. Interest in gaining visibility into projects from initial client programming through construction completion.
Adaptability and flexibility to adjust work patterns as project and personal needs evolve. The location is accessible by the blue line, and a shuttle service transports employees from the station to the office in about 10 minutes.
The standard schedule includes four days in the office and one day working from home each week, with an initial period of five days in the office to support training and onboarding.
