This company is looking for an experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to join its growing networking and security team.
Responsibilities
• Lead delivery of the project through all stages, pre-construction, construction, and close-out/fit-up
• Establish and manage the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget alongside the client and general contractor
• Manage contractor pre-qualification, bidding, and contract negotiations, plus procurement of contractor-designed elements and constructability reviews
• Drive a robust HSE culture while managing general contractors and owner-direct vendors on the ground
• Oversee the IMS, project controls, and QCx teams, ensuring delivery on time and to budget
• Coordinate Value Engineering and work with the client's commercial and scheduling teams
• Manage the full close-out process, tagging, OFE commissioning, close-out documentation and authority inspections
Skills/Must Have
• Understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
• Contractual and commercial understanding across multiple forms of contract
• Track record delivering large critical infrastructure projects
• In-depth knowledge of HSE in construction
• Ability to manage multiple technical disciplinesExperience in a client interface role
• Experience managing large-scale teams
• Data center new build and refurbishment experience
• Ability to coordinate discipline-specific Owner's Representatives to achieve client objectives
• German language skills advantageous
