How You’ll Make An Impact Lead and manage major construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to Siemens Energy standards, legal requirements, and sustainability guidelines. Oversee project scope, setup, design, tendering, contractor selection, execution, and progress monitoring to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and robust quality standards at all stages. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing transparent project updates and driving continuous improvement in project management processes.

Promote digitalization, automation, and sustainability by using digital project tools, enhancing reporting, and supporting energy‑efficient and green building initiatives across the Real Estate community. Deep understanding of CAPEX drivers in industrial facility design and construction.

Proven leadership skills with strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in construction engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field. Excellent command of German.
