Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of major data center developments throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, design and construction teams.
• Oversee contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet programme, quality and safety objectives.
• Manage project risks, reporting and governance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support procurement, contract negotiations and project planning.
• Ensure compliance with German regulations and company standards.
• Provide leadership to project teams and mentor junior staff.

The Opportunity:
A market-leading organisation delivering hyperscale and mission-critical data center developments is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the successful delivery of major projects across Germany.
This is a leadership role responsible for managing complex, high-value developments from design through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Fluent German and English.
