What you’ll need:
• Proven experience delivering major construction or infrastructure projects (£100m+).
• Data centre, mission‑critical, industrial, or complex infrastructure experience preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Chartered status (CEng, MCIOB, MRICS) desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent project management qualification.
