Key Responsibilities Lead programme governance, reporting, controls and decision‑making processes across multiple delivery workstreams.
Oversee schedule management, project controls, risk, cost and change management to ensure successful programme delivery. Manage senior stakeholder relationships including clients, contractors, consultants, utilities and supply‑chain partners.
Requirements Proven experience leading hyperscale data centre or other mission‑critical infrastructure programmes. Strong background in programme governance, project controls, planning, risk and commercial management. Experience managing complex programmes involving power, utilities, MEP and construction interfaces.
