A highly successful litho & digital print company is looking to appoint a highly experienced Production Director to set and communicate goals, create and improve structure and processes, and facilitate the day‑to‑day running to ensure productivity.

Qualifications and experience:
• Highly experienced in a similar senior production role within litho or digital print.
• Strong working knowledge of lean / Six Sigma and experience leading optimisation projects.
• Strong communication and managerial skills to earn respect as an authoritative figure on site.
• Ability to motivate, support employee development and foster cooperation.
