Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Engage in effective personal communication with customers, colleagues and suppliers • Maintain effective relationships with clients and proactively support their complex needs • Ensure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulations • Calculate, prepare and present quotes for external and internal customers in line with established guidelines and policies • React flexibly to deviations in shipments and provide customers with suitable and efficient solutions • Generate sales leads and collaborate with sales on identification and development of potential and existing accounts .

Requirements: • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics or operations • Fluent in German and very good English language skills • Effective oral and written communication • Ability to represent a positive and professional image • Able to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines; possess exceptional time management skills and attention to detail • Strong problem solving, analytical and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution • Flexibility in working shifts, including some weekends and holidays • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Salary: 37,000 - 45,000 EUR gross #LI-RM1 What Cencora offers Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
