Primary Duties and Responsibilities Engage in effective personal communication with customers, colleagues and suppliers Maintain effective relationships with clients and proactively support their complex needs Ensure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulations Calculate, prepare and present quotes for external and internal customers in line with established guidelines and policies React flexibly to deviations in shipments and provide customers with suitable and efficient solutions Generate sales leads and collaborate with sales on identification and development of potential and existing accounts Requirements Broad training in fields such as business administration, logistics, or operations Fluent in German and very good English language skills Effective oral and written communication Ability to represent a positive and professional image Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines; excellent time management and attention to detail Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and investigative skills to bring issues to resolution Flexibility in working shifts, including some weekends and holidays Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Salary 37,000 - 47,000 EUR gross What Cencora offers Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
