Operations Director (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a minimum of 7 years in an executive leadership role (Director, VP, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex global operations, particularly within a remote-first or distributed organizational structure.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, process re-engineering, and performance optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial operational budgets.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
