About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of operations, including process improvement, resource management, and performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of operational leaders and staff across remote locations.
• Drive innovation in operational processes and technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management , with significant experience at a Director or VP level.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies in a remote-first or distributed company.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate remote teams.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and operational technology.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
