Responsibilities • Stabilize and significantly advance Operational Excellence to increase efficiency, digitalization, and innovation. • Collaborate constructively with all functional departments and management to focus on the strategic development of the site. • Analyze, steer, and continuously optimize production and logistics processes in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. • Ensure compliance with international quality standards and be responsible for excellent occupational safety. • Lead, motivate, and further develop the operational leadership team with a focus on reliability, quality, and teamwork. • Handle capacity and resource planning as well as ongoing analysis and continuous improvement of KPIs. • Contribute to the development of new technological processes and innovative production methods. • Represent the site to internal and external stakeholders on a global level.

Qualifications • Completed university studies in a natural science or engineering discipline. • Minimum 5 years of experience in an expanded leadership role and the ability to lead and develop a large team in a regulated environment. • In-depth knowledge of Lean Management, process optimization, packaging processes, and quality management (ideally in the pharmaceutical sector). • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills in German and English. • Assertiveness and strong customer orientation. • High responsibility for compliance with quality and safety standards. • Excellent organizational skills, solution orientation, and a structured working style.
