Responsibilities Partnering and collaborating with key stakeholders to implement and execute an annual plan Conducting and/or orchestrating cross-functional 1:1 engagements with Tier 1 MEs to gain insights and feedback Developing advisory board and consultancy submissions in partnership with Marketing Strategy Collaborating with Medical Affairs to identify and deploy MEs against specific market-related situations Scheduling and executing cross-functional engagements with Tier 1/2 MEs Serving as a key point of contact between defined ME universe and Novartis Collaborating with stakeholders on commercial educational programs Supporting Novartis commercial engagement at conferences and events Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of TLL, Account Management or related experience with at least 2 years of line management/people management experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in assigned disease area preferred, but required in Specialty Sales Strong knowledge of healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry with proven ability to develop productive relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals Strong analytical skills and presentation skills Ability to think creatively and conceptually Ability to develop and execute key strategies Financial/budgetary experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
