The Theater für Niedersachsen is looking for a Music Director and Chief Conductor to oversee its music theater and concert activities, starting no later than the 2028-2029 season.
The Music Director will lead orchestral productions, manage rehearsal processes, and contribute to the planning and organization of the musical operations in coordination with the orchestra management.
The role also requires a strong presence in daily operations and a commitment to community engagement and innovative concert formats.Candidates should possess a completed artistic degree in conducting, extensive experience in concert and music theater, and a participative leadership style.
