Mid-level/Senior Art Director (all genders) • Owning a pivotal creative role that connects conceptual, crafting, and production skills to develop and deliver effective ideas for national and international brands • Conceptual thinking and solutions development for major brand initiatives across all modern touchpoints • Development of strong brand identities, innovative campaign looks, and digital concepts • Design of on-brand visuals for social media, CRM, websites, platforms, and more Leadership of photo and film productions, including concept development and supervision • Collaboration with Strategy, UX, Copy, and Tech teams – hands‑on and highly collaborative • Quality assurance from the first sketch to the final execution • Contribution to pitches and new business projects Your profile • 4–5+ years of agency experience with first creative leadership experience and a strong portfolio • Strong visual imagination, excellent design skills, and a solid understanding of modern holistic branding • Confident use of common AI tools for creating images, videos, and animations, including critical evaluation and optimization of results • Know‑how in digital communication and current UX design trends • Experience working with large, international brands and cross‑functional teams • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) • Figma is a plus • Passion for innovation, emerging media, and creative excellence • Fluent German and English (negotiation‑level) • Structured, self‑directed way of working with a high sense of ownership • Team spirit, openness, and enthusiasm for creative excellence What we offer • Fantastic colleagues and a collaborative environment. • Employee benefits program • Chance to help shape the agency and influence its growth • Flat hierarchy fostering a transparent and collaborative work culture • International environment with diverse employees, clients, and locations • Experienced team: work alongside seasoned professionals • 30 days of vacation per year (based on a 5‑day workweek) • Opportunity for workation from European countries or South Africa • Flexible working hours and locations, including 3 days on site in our great office and 2 home office • A great roof terrace in the heart of Kreuzberg and always a fridge full of cool drinks We are an equal opportunity employer.
