Mid-level Art Director, Cape Town (all genders)

Your role

FRASER is an independent creative agency with teams across Berlin, Zurich, Cape Town and Dubai. We develop integrated campaigns, content and digital experiences for ambitious international brands, combining strategic thinking, creativity and technology. As we continue to grow, we're building scalable operations to support our international business. In this role, you will:

• Conceptual thinking and solutions development for major brand initiatives across all modern touchpoints
• Development of strong brand identities, innovative campaign looks, digital concepts, and cross-channel campaigns
• Design of on-brand visuals for social media, CRM, websites, platforms, and more
• Support for photo and film productions, including production plan development and hands- on supervision
• Collaboration with Strategy, UX, Copy, and Tech teams in Germany and beyond
• Quality assurance from the first sketch to the final execution
• Contribution to pitch development

Your profile

• 3 years minimum of relevant, ideally international agency experience
• Strong visual imagination, excellent design skills, and a solid understanding of modern holistic branding
• Confident use of common AI tools for creating images, videos, and animations, including critical evaluation and optimization of results
• Know-how in digital communication and current design trends
• Experience working with large, international brands and cross-functional teams
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). Adobe After Effects and Figma are a plus
• Structured, self-directed way of working with a high sense of ownership
• Team spirit, openness, and enthusiasm for creative excellence
