Our client is now looking for a Medical Director for their new hub in Beijing which is due to open in July this year.

Create and maintain a culture of care and service excellence among our team members. Participate in the recruitment of new physicians and other medical team members. Organize weekly meetings with the medical team, involving the responsible pillars. Collect procedure improvement points and address learning curves with pillar hub's teams.

The longevity hub offers first access to their clinic method in selected urban locations, combining pioneering longevity, wellbeing and aesthetic technologies and solutions in an exclusive environment.
Guests can regularly engage with experts to build hyper-personalized health routines to unlock longevity and lasting wellbeing. They will have 40 employees, 10 of whom will be medical, catering for around 100-150 customer members.
Their model is focused on customers taking a 1 year membership, which gives them access to the new clinic in Beijing and 1 week in Switzerland at their other facility. Requirements and Job Summary: You will be a key ambassador of the longevity hub, who offers the most advanced longevity solutions within a luxury environment.
Our commitment is to help and inspire our guests to live a healthier, longer, and fuller life. The scheduled shifts are arranged according to the operations need and workload. As a leader, you play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Longevity Hub. Develop and implement Longevity Hub's operational goals, policies and procedures.
Additionally, you are responsible for leading the efficient and effective Medical operations, including short and long-term strategic planning. Key Duties Medical Practice: Establish Medical Protocols. Fully understand the internal processes of all departments. Consult with guests to understand their symptoms and health concerns.
Diagnose the guests, analyze the results of the medical check-ups and ensures a global management of the health problems. Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat and prevent. Supervise the execution of the consultations, tests, treatments included in the membership.
Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments to guests. Provide health and wellness advice to guests, including diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Maintain detailed notes of appointments with guests, including comments, tests, test results and treatments prescribed, ensuring medical records are updated. Provide support and advice to guests receiving long-term treatment plans. Prepare official health documents or records, when necessary.
Conduct research into testing and development of new treatment methods, procedures and suppliers. Master the main applications using new technologies for anti-aging and regenerative medicine such as ozone therapy, IV drips, toxicity evaluation test and detoxification plan.
Find and implement innovative strategies to enhance communication between doctors and guests, facilitating streamlined processes. Monthly reporting to the Global Medical Director. Operational Practice: Accomplish all duties related to the establishment of medical licence and its related duties of continuous monitoring and updating.
Implement the compliance procedures, as requested by corporate. Establish Longevity Protocols at local level (LOP Local Operating Procedures) for Medical, Nutrition, Movement, Wellbeing, jointly with corporate and local pillar lead. Keep updated the KMS for Local Operating Procedures and compliance documents.
Monitor procedure execution following the quality corporate standards. Ensure infection control and medical waste management, monitoring nurse activity. Monitor stock of medical consumables and activate the procurement process.
Ensure continuous update of the Client Health Record and related incident reporting, communicating with local authorities if needed. Manage the exchange of Client Health Records between the hub and other resort as defined by the Data Transfer agreement.
Oversee the guest journey pathway organization from appointments to follow-up plans foreseen by the membership programme. Implement and monitor services with external providers to enhance hub treatments (lab tests, cognitive exercises).
Monitor maintenance plans of longevity equipment and activate support functions as defined by contracts with external suppliers for new technologies in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. Organize weekly meetings with the medical director and longevity coaches to assess proper execution of the guest journey along the treatment value chain.
Monthly reporting to hub General Manager, Medical Director and Corporate Medical & Longevity Operational Excellence Director. Skills, Experience & Requirements: License eligible in the practicing jurisdiction.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) with Specialist Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Certification, or equivalent recognition; ideally certification in Anti-aging and regenerative medicine. At least 5 years of experience as an Internist / Family Medicine physician, with ideally longevity medicine experience.
Able to prescribe and administer medications, immunizations and other non-surgical treatments. Experience in nutrition/clinical research and a track record of scientific publications in nutrition science. Passionate about preventive medicine and longevity, connected to new technologies in this field. Confident, self-driven with a positive mindset.
Knowledge and expertise in aging research and biomarkers of aging evaluation methods. Knowledge of longevity therapies to tackle aging and age-related diseases, focused on senescence-related processes. Willingness to travel to Switzerland and other locations for training. Ability to go through onboarding and regular refresh training programs.
Please Note: It is mandatory to understand the Chinese culture. Experience of the Chinese market is essential; either you must already be living and working in China, or have extensive experience working in China. Relationships are key. The Medical Director will run the clinic but also provide hands-on clinical work to members/patients.
Must have clinic experience (general practice, rehab, longevity, or aesthetics). Internal medicine or GP/Family Medicine backgrounds are most relevant; continuity of care is vital. Any direct experience in preventive or regenerative medicine (e.g., stem cells) is a major plus.
