Provide scientific communications through conference presentations and journal publications. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and execute clinical development plans from Phase1 to Phase2 (proof‑of‑concept). /liliCoach Clinical Scientists in a line‑ or functional‑manager capacity. /liliInterface closely with project team leaders and cross‑functional groups including safety, clinical pharmacology, clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory, research, and biomarker teams. /liliManage internal stakeholder engagement and governance interactions around project plans and therapeutic‑area strategy. /liliEngage with advisory boards, site investigators, health authorities, and other key stakeholders. /liliProvide clinical input to discovery and research programs. /liliLead scientific communications and disseminate results of clinical trials via conference presentations and journal publications. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMD or MD/PhD with a specialty in neuroimmunology, multiple sclerosis, or a related field. /liliBoard certification and fellowship training or research experience in relevant areas (preferred). /liliMinimum 5years of experience in longitudinal clinical research, preferably in drug development or clinical trials. /liliStrong track record of scientific excellence, evidenced by substantial achievement in designing/implementing clinical trials and/or high-level scholarship in industry or academia. /liliExperience in early‑stage clinical drug development within the industry. /liliLeadership ability to influence and inspire in a matrix environment, driving excellence. /li /ulpRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr ph3Medical Director – Multiple Sclerosis /h3pLead and/or support early‑stage clinical projects for multiple sclerosis, translating innovative molecules into therapies to meet unmet medical needs.
