Candidates will be highly motivated, enthusiastic with a positive “can do” attitude, attention to detail and innovation, and strong organisational and communication skills. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, execute, conduct and report Phase 1/2 clinical trials in II space. /li liContribute to the medical team and clinical development strategy. /li liProvide guidance and expertise in the development of clinical trial protocols and supporting documents such as ICF, IB, SoA, TPP, SAP, etc. /li liEnsure safety and efficacy data are generated and analysed according to GCP/SOPs, corporate strategy and timelines. /li liPerform medical monitoring activities – oversee the study, answer eligibility questions, review safety and adverse event data, oversee coding activities. /li liWork closely with cross‑functional team members to ensure planning and execution of clinical trials to meet key milestones. /li liPlay a key role in developing the statistical analysis plan, reviewing, interpreting and communicating clinical trial data. /li liAuthor and develop clinical documents such as study protocols, amendments, safety management plans and medical monitoring plans. /li liCollaborate with Clinical Operations and Clinical Biomarker departments to deliver clinical study programme goals and milestones. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAdvanced medical degree (MD or equivalent). /li liAt least 3 years of experience in clinical research or development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally with exposure to early clinical trials. /li liStrong ability to build collaborative relationships with physicians, expert consultants and external vendors. /li liStrong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liExceptional attention to detail, sound judgement and organisational skills. /li liSolid knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory/compliance requirements. /li liGood understanding of GCP, GLP and clinical study design. /li liUnderstanding of the framework and complexities of early multi‑centre trials, including CRO and CDO collaboration. /li liIdeally, experience in autoimmune disease and/or IBD/inflammation and immunology space. /li liEffective, transparent, strategic communicator. /li liTeam player with strong listening skills. /li liComfortable working in a dynamic, fit‑for‑purpose biotech environment. /li liProactive, solution‑oriented, thriving in ambiguous settings. /li liStrong planning, organisational, and problem‑solving skills to support efficient operational execution of programmes, studies and related projects. /li liEnjoys contributing to diverse teams, whether leading or as a member. /li liTalented, proactive and passionate medical professional inspired to bring innovation to patients with unmet medical needs. /li /ul h3What we currently offer /h3 ul liPrime Location – modern laboratories and offices in Tech Park Basel, a hub for early‑stage start‑ups. /li liCommuter Benefits – parking options or a commuter allowance. /li liFlexible Working – flexible arrangements where possible. /li liAdditional Time Off – 24 days of annual leave and office closure between Christmas and New Year. /li liYour Birthday Off – an extra day off to celebrate your birthday. /li liCoffee Connection – free coffee and a great space to connect with colleagues. /li liPersonal Development – support for professional and personal growth. /li liCreative Environment – work in an innovative, dynamic and creative setting. /li liDiverse Team – an international team of passionate and talented people. /li liTeam Events – regular off‑site summer and winter events to connect and have fun together. /li /ul pPlease note that these benefits are subject to change at the company’s discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr It is supported by top‑tier investors with approximately $100M raised to date.

Building on fundamental research conducted over the last two decades, GRANITE BIO pursues a differentiated approach to transform inflammatory, autoimmune and fibrotic conditions. Both programs are first‑in‑class monoclonal antibodies for large market opportunities in Immunology and Inflammation.

GRT‑001, the lead asset, depletes inflammatory monocytes and has completed a Phase 1a trial in healthy volunteers with favorable safety and pharmacodynamic effects; a Phase 1b trial in patients with Ulcerative Colitis has just started. GRT‑002 is an IL‑3 neutralising antibody thought to play an important role in type II inflammation.
