Responsibilities Combination of marketing and lead generation with operational support for the management Build and implement marketing measures for lead generation (Inbound & Outbound) Develop and maintain lead funnels and journeys (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletter, webinars, events) Pre-qualify leads (needs, maturity, decision relevance) Structured handover of qualified leads to Sales Maintain and further develop lead data (CRM & automations) Support LinkedIn presence and content planning Prepare and follow up on campaigns, webinars and events Support the management in day-to-day operational tasks Manage appointments, follow-ups and priorities Prepare documents, presentations and decision-making materials Structure information, tasks and topics Proactively think ahead and relieve the management in daily operations Requirements Several years of experience in marketing, growth or lead generation (B2B) Solid understanding of sales processes and lead qualification Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Comfortable with phone calls and direct customer communication Very good German, both written and spoken Structured, reliable and independent working style Ability to follow existing processes and implement them carefully Openness to feedback (tough love rather than ego) Self-responsibility, proactive thinking and a hands-on mentality Discreet and professional handling of sensitive information Calm, pleasant and convincing voice Nice to have (not required): experience with tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation, LinkedIn and newsletter tools Experience with Outlook, ClickUp, CloseCRM, ActiveCampaign or similar tools Affinity for digital tools, automation and AI topics #J-18808-Ljbffr
