Responsibilities Combination of marketing & lead generation with operational support for executive management Create and implement marketing initiatives to generate leads (inbound & outbound) Develop and maintain lead funnels (e.g., LinkedIn, newsletter, webinars, events) Pre-qualify leads (needs, maturity, decision relevance) Structured handover of qualified leads to Sales Maintain and improve lead data (CRM & automations) Support LinkedIn presence & content planning Preparation and follow‑up for campaigns, webinars and events Support in the executive management’s day‑to‑day operations Appointment, follow‑up and priority management Preparation of documents, presentations and decision‑making materials Structuring information, tasks and topics Proactive thinking and lightening the executive’s daily workload Requirements Several years of experience in marketing, growth or lead generation (B2B) Solid understanding of sales processes & lead qualification Excellent communication skills – written & verbal Comfortable with phone calls and direct customer communication Fluent German, both written and spoken Structured, reliable and independent working style Ability to follow existing processes and implement them accurately Open to feedback (toug
