Today, we are a team of nearly 500 people, including 150 engineers, working from Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Berlin. You will build and lead the local marketing team in Berlin (currently 2 people: 1 Marketing Specialist + 1 Partnership Manager), drive growth initiatives, and ensure our products achieve strong market adoption.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will collaborate with central teams (Brand, Growth, Product, etc.) to maximize marketing and revenue efforts on the German market.

What You’ll Be Doing • Market strategy & execution • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy tailored to the German market, aligned with Ageras\' growth objectives. • Own and optimize key performance metrics, tracking success through KPIs and data analysis. • Lead strategic projects focused on market expansion, customer acquisition, and efficiency improvements. • Develop competitive intelligence strategies to identify opportunities and threats. • Collaborate with Growth and Brand teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals. • Go-to-market (GTM) & growth • Identify and execute cross-selling and growth opportunities for the local market. • Develop impactful communication strategies and messaging to enhance brand positioning. • Oversee product launches, ensuring successful market entry and adoption. • Manage and coordinate go-to-market plans with internal and external stakeholders. • Local product marketing & partnerships • Define and communicate the unique value propositions of Ageras\' products in Germany. • Craft localized messaging to effectively engage target audiences. • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including accountants and financial service providers. • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partnerships and marketplace management. • Organize and lead local events to strengthen brand awareness and foster business growth.

Your role as Director of Marketing - Germany (m/f/d) As Director of Marketing for Germany, you will shape and execute Ageras\' marketing strategy in one of our key European markets.

What You'll Need • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a fintech, SaaS, or B2B environment. • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proven track record in go-to-market execution and product marketing. • Deep understanding of the German market, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management skills. • An entrepreneurial mindset: you seek autonomy and impact. • Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.

Nice to Have • Experience in a high-growth fintech or startup environment. • Background in financial services, banking, or accounting-related industries. • Experience in performance marketing and CRM tools.
