Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, engagement and retention across all channels. Lead an integrated planning process to ensure campaigns and communications are cohesive across audience segments and touchpoints.
Oversee the development of programs that drive revenue growth across the customer lifecycle, from initial engagement through long-term retention. Manage marketing performance across the full funnel, optimizing programs based on data, attribution, and revenue impact.
Collaborate with internal partners to design, launch, and evaluate digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, and paid media). Drive marketing support for McLean & Company events, conferences, and webinars to maximize attendance and engagement.
Qualifications BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of integrated campaigns across acquisition and engagement. Proven track record in revenue growth marketing, marketing automation, and digital campaign optimization.
Strong experience managing cross-channel marketing including email, social, events, and web. Ability to translate complex business priorities into clear marketing strategies and actionable plans. Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance, interpreting data, and adjusting tactics to improve outcomes.
Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is good to have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
