You will connect global brand strategy with regional and affiliate execution, ensuring we are ready to launch with clarity, capability and confidence. /p pDay-to-day, your responsibilities will include: /p ul liAssessing commercial opportunities and defining IO-wide strategies for future cardiovascular and liver disease assets /li liPartnering with Global teams to translate brand strategies into actionable regional and affiliate go-to-market plans /li liLeading launch readiness for assets within 24 months of launch, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution excellence /li liRepresenting the IO perspective in global launch teams and strategic decision-making forums /li liIdentifying capability, resource and operating model needs to support successful launches across regions and affiliates /li liDeveloping investment plans, business cases, sales forecasts and organisational readiness recommendations for future assets /li liSupporting Regions and affiliates in building winning local strategies and the capabilities to execute them /li /ul pWithin International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit.
