Your Key Responsibilities Business Development • Build the Radial presence in the U.S. from ground up • Leverage and expand your relationships with PE sponsors, CFOs, andoperating teams • Form new client relationships via creative marketing initiatives,cold calling, and networking events • Lead cross-border engagements and coordinate multinational teams,thereby leveraging our Data & AI Hub in Bulgaria • Hire local team members to support the growth journey you buildwith us • Further redefine the U.S. service portfolio and go-to-marketstrategy Projects • Shape and deliver data analytics strategies for PE portfoliocompanies and CFOs, focusing on measurable outcomes, transparency, andexit readiness • Design and implement integrated reporting environments thattransform heterogeneous system data into one unified data warehouse • Translate complex data ecosystems into actionable KPIs, dashboards,and performance narratives that enable faster, fact-based decisions Your Profile • 10+ years in data analytics consulting, FP&Atransformation, or technology-enabled finance • Demonstrated track record in client acquisition,relationship management, and leadership • Established connections across private equity, CFOadvisory, or finance transformation • Strong knowledge of modern BI ecosystems (preferablyPower BI, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms) • Ability to operate confidently at the C-suite level,drive strategic discussions, and lead high-impact engagements • Entrepreneurial drive with ambition to build and scalea long-term U.S. business Education: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, BusinessAdministration or a related field • Certifications (optional but advantageous): CFA, CPA, or relevantBI/data analytics certifications • Base Salary Range: The annual base salary is up to $240k • Sales Bonus: Radial offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on anumber of factors, including individual performance and clientsatisfaction. • Equity Stake possible • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) options • Paid time off and flexible work arrangements • Targeted leadership development and advancement opportunities Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, andlocation.

You will shape how PE-backed finance teamsleverage analytics and how Radial establishes its long-term U.S. footprint. We support private equityinvestors and their portfolio companies across the entire deal lifecycle:financial due diligence, data warehouses, Power BI dashboards, data-drivenfinance solutions, and value creation programs.

After our successful growth in Germany, we are now expandinginto the U.S. market. Your Role As (Managing) Director, you will lead our U.S.practice as an entrepreneur, focusing on building long-term client relationshipsand high-impact solutions.

You will be both a business builder and a hands-ondelivery leader driving commercial growth through your network while at thesame time ensuring execution quality for clients. This role represents a strategic cornerstone of ourU.S. expansion and offers substantial long-term ownership potential.
