You will: • Take the full ownership of European P&L, strategy and execution: revenue, margins, cost base, and working capital • Build and develop the Germany organization — delivery, service, and administration in Darmstadt and additionally a sales teams of 10+ across European countries that can scale the business • Build and convert a strong commercial pipeline into signed contracts and revenue • Build long-term relationships with utilities, EPCs, developers, and major industrial customers • Set commercial terms, pricing framework, and market priorities • Work closely with global product, sales and operations teams • Report directly to the CEO and operate with a high degree of autonomy What you will be measured on • Order intake and contribution margin — both, not one at the expense of the other • Revenue growth and deal conversion • Margin discipline and sustainable scaling • Strength and depth of local partnerships • Quality, effectiveness and retention of the European team • Execution, follow‑through, and delivery against plan • Forecast accuracy Who we are looking for You are an experienced business leader with strong commercial acumen and genuine P&L ownership experience.

Managing Director, Pixii Europe Darmstadt, Germany This is a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability and direct commercial ownership.

You report to the CEO. • Full P&L responsibility for Pixii's European business • Lead and develop the commercial and organisational build-out across Europe • Shape Pixii's next phase of growth and market position in Europe About Pixii Pixii develops modular battery energy storage systems that help customers improve grid utilization, support electrification, and integrate renewable energy.

The company combines expertise in power electronics, software, and energy management to deliver scalable solutions for utilities, EV charging, commercial and industrial customers, and other energy-intensive applications.

The role As Managing Director for Europe, you will have full accountability for Pixii's European business — commercially, financially, and organisationally. Significant travel required. Remuneration: Competitive package aligned with responsibility and results. German and English required.
