The company combines expertise in power electronics, software, and energy management to deliver scalable solutions for utilities, EV charging, commercial and industrial customers, and other energy-intensive applications.

The roleAs Managing Director for Europe, you will have full accountability for Pixii's European business - commercially, financially, and organisationally. You will have the mandate to build a profitable, scalable operation and lead Pixii's next step change in Europe.

You will:Take the full ownership of European P&L, strategy and execution: revenue, margins, cost base, and working capitalBuild and develop the Germany organization - delivery, service, and administration in Darmstadt and additionally a sales teams of 10+ across European countries that can scale the businessBuild and convert a strong commercial pipeline into signed contracts and revenueBuild long-term relationships with utilities, EPCs, developers, and major industrial customersSet commercial terms, pricing framework, and market prioritiesWork closely with global product, sales and operations teamsReport directly to the CEO and operate with a high degree of autonomyWhat you will be measured onOrder intake and contribution margin - both, not one at the expense of the otherRevenue growth and deal conversionMargin discipline and sustainable scalingStrength and depth of local
