The role of highest-ranking manager in the organisation is undoubtedly responsible for the overall success of the business, and the key objective of your role as Managing Director will be to lead an environment that embraces lean manufacturing strategy and implement high levels of performance management to improve quality and processes.
Meeting this objective will require leading and designing operational goals and strategies that will improve processes within the organisation. Your job will be to employ methodologies and tools, and manage all activities for continuous improvement, performance enhancement and the accomplishment of business objectives.
