Train, coach, and mentor junior colleagues. Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills Extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking.
Understanding of the Private Banking value proposition and service. Local knowledge of family office and large client dynamics. Excellent understanding of financial, legal, and reputational risks in today\'s environment. Outstanding commercial skills, including experience with private clients/entrepreneurs.
Strong management skills to effectively manage junior bankers in high-pressure environments. Strong project management skills, with excellent written and oral communication
