Leadership Role For KYOCERA AVX Components (Automation) GmbH we are looking for a Managing Director (m/f/d) at our location in Föritztal • Work-Life Balance: Remote work options, at least 30 days of paid vacation per year • Team Spirit: Employee events • Health: Company health management • Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development • Benefits: Corporate benefits, bike leasing … and much more! • University degree: in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business engineering, business administration or comparable field • Several years of professional experience: including a senior management or executive role within manufacturing, machinery or energy technology • Proven track record: in strategy, business development and organizational leadership • Skills: strong technical understanding of mechanical engineering and energy systems or related industries • Language skills: fluent in both German and English languages • Attributes: excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as hands-on, decisive and results-oriented personality • Overall responsibility for two companies: special machinery engineering (~50 employees) and hydrogen electrolyzer systems (~30 employees) • Define, implement and execute long-term strategies for growth, profitability and innovation in both sectors • Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and risk management • Represents the companies with customers, partners and stakeholders nationally and internationally • Strengthens synergies between mechanical engineering and hydrogen technology activities • Builds and develops leadership teams and organizational structures • Promotes and reinforce a strong culture of safety, compliance and sustainability Who we are KYOCERA AVX is a leading global manufacturer of advanced electronic components engineered to accelerate technological innovation and build a better future.
