Steering the company towards the most profitable direction while implementing vision, mission and long‑term goals will require a strategist and a leader. Strategies will ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling objectives both short and long term, and that it does not diverge from strategic guidelines set out by the board.
Responsibilities
Lead the company strategically, ensuring alignment with board goals and a clear record of profitable growth. Implement lean manufacturing methods and other process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Adapt to changes in the print industry and make quick operational adjustments when required.
Develop innovative solutions and methodologies to address complex problems. Qualifications & Experience
Experience in the print or packaging sectors within the last five years. Experience managing a company with a minimum of 150 staff. Location
