What drives success You are a commercial and technical leader who thrives in a hands-on, international environment. Your impact Drive commercial performance by developing and executing the Germany business plan, hitting revenue, margin and growth targets while optimising the product and service mix for local market needs.
Lead the local organisation including sales and project delivery; recruit, mentor and develop managers to create a high‑performing, customer‑centric culture.
Own P&L and financial governance by managing budgets, forecasting, cost control and margin improvement initiatives; report performance to Group leadership and implement corrective actions when required.
Build strong customer and partner relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and distributors to secure key projects and repeat business. Maintain regulatory and quality compliance ensuring all systems, documentation and delivery meet German and EU norms (CE, ATEX where applicable) and company health & safety requirements.
Represent the company externally at industry bodies, trade events and with strategic customers to raise brand awareness and influence market standards. Collaborate with HQ to align product roadmaps, sales offerings and R&D initiatives with market feedback and commercial priorities from Germany.
Proven commercial leadership experience, preferably within fan or smoke control solutions, or other related areas within HVAC.
