Anforderungsprofil * Significant leadership experience within digital assets & crypto industry, as well as financial services. * Proven track record in a Managing Director Front Office, Country Manager or equivalent leadership capacity. * Strong understanding of European financial services regulation, especially MiFID-related frameworks, as well as MiCAR is a Must. * Demonstrated success in business development, market expansion and strategic partnership development. * Strong network across the European digital assets and institutional financial services ecosystem. * Experience engaging with regulators, industry bodies and senior external stakeholders. * Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic leadership capabilities. * Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
