Your Responsibilities Developing and executing the growth and expansion strategy across Germany and AustriaBuilding and leading a scalable organization capable of supporting significant multi-unit growthDriving revenue, profitability, and operational performance across the businessRecruiting, developing, and managing franchise partners while ensuring strong network performanceLeading site acquisition, new openings, and market development initiativesBuilding and developing a high-performing leadership team and performance-driven cultureEstablishing efficient operating structures, governance processes, and business KPIsEnsuring consistent brand standards, customer experience, and operational excellence across all locationsOverseeing supply chain, procurement, and infrastructure activities to support sustainable growthBuilding a professional headquarters structure and recruiting key leadership functions across the organizationActing as the key interface between local operations and international stakeholdersYour QualificationsExtensive leadership experience within franchise, hospitality, retail, foodservice, or comparable multi-unit environments - ideally within the Quick Service sector Proven track record in scaling businesses, leading expansion, and delivering strong operational performance across multiple locations Strong experience in franchise development, network management, and market rollout strategies Proven ability to take full P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth, profitability, and unit economics Experience building and leading high-performing teams and scalable organizational structures Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex business KPIs Hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with strong execution focus and a “builder” mindset Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills in international environments Experience leading organizations through rapid growth, transformation, and multi-site expansion programs Professional working proficiency in English is required; German is considered an advantageContactIf you are already in contact with us, please feel free to send an email referencing “MW61313” in the subject line.We look forward to receiving your application!
