What will You Lead as Managing Director: Drive strategic growth and market positioning of a Real Estate private debt platform Own and manage business development, deal origination, and lender relationships Ensure robust credit risk oversight from underwriting through to ongoing monitoring and recovery, with a strong emphasis on default prevention Lead the design and launch of a proprietary private debt fund from strategy to capital deployment Build and mentor a high-performing team Represent the platform with investors, partners, regulators, and key stakeholders Who We’re looking for someone who: Has 10–20+ years of relevant experience in: Private debt/credit or structured financing Credit risk assessment and portfolio management Complex financing origination in a professional market Brings a strong Swiss market network from lenders to institutional investors Has experience (or direct exposure) with: Fund setup or fund management Investment committee decision processes Cross-functional leadership in regulated environments Thinks strategically but executes pragmatically Balances opportunity with disciplined risk management Communicates credibly with senior stakeholders and capital providers Speaks English fluently, French and German What Makes This Opportunity Special Leadership of a growing private debt financing business with real market momentum Backing of a well-established Swiss financial group Dual role: platform scaling and strategic fund development Autonomy to build and influence strategy and execution A collaborative environment that values integrity, performance, and long-term success All discussions will be handled strictly confidentially. #J-18808-Ljbffr Our client, a Subsidiary from a Swiss financial group, with a track record of successful private debt mandates, is scaling an established Real Estate private debt financing platform.
