The Project Director will act as the primary escalation point for senior stakeholders while leading cross-functional teams and external vendors to successfully deliver strategic initiatives. /p pstrongTasks: /strong /pp· Lead the end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and business-critical projects. /pp· Define and oversee project objectives, governance structures, and delivery outcomes. /pp· Select and apply the most appropriate project delivery methodology, including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. /pp· Ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards and project management frameworks. /pp· Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. /pp· Oversee project budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation. /pp· Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and status updates. /pp· Act as the primary escalation point for senior stakeholders and executive management. /pp· Drive decision-making processes in complex and high-impact environments. /pp· Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple business units. /pp· Manage relationships with external vendors and partners. /pp· Support organizational change initiatives associated with project delivery. /p pstrongSpecific Expertise: /strong /pp· Extensive experience delivering large-scale and complex enterprise projects. /pp· Strong knowledge of: /pp -Agile methodologies. /pp -SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). /pp -Waterfall project management. /pp -Hybrid delivery approaches. /pp· Advanced governance, risk management, and project control capabilities. /pp· Experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees. /pp· Financial management and budget oversight experience. /pp· Strong vendor and third-party management experience. /pp· Mainframe knowledge (considered an advantage). /pp· Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments. /pp· Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide programs and organizational change initiatives. /pp · German language proficiency is required. /p pstrongLanguage: /strong /pp · English (C1). /p pstrongLocation: /strong /pp · Zurich (on-site). /p pstrongRate: /strong /pp· 414 €/day. /ph1 /h1 The role requires strong leadership, governance, and delivery management capabilities across multiple business units and stakeholders. /pp The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, selecting and applying the appropriate delivery methodology (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches), managing risks and dependencies, overseeing financial performance, and providing executive-level reporting.
