Position Summary As a Director of PBM Product Innovation, you will direct a small team that is leading the evolution of our innovative and transparent PBM pricing models. You will be critical to the successful growth of the PBM business as you bring to market vital initiatives focused on meeting the prescription benefit needs of our clients.

You must have strong project management discipline to ensure comprehensive solution vetting and completion of projects within accelerated timelines.
You must possess the skill of creating coherent storylines which convey value to various stakeholders, to earn executive and business partner buy-in on strategy recommendations and help shape communications that demonstrate the value of our best in-class solutions.
Finally, you must have highly developed relationship‑building and influencing skills to foster effective working relationships across the organization.
