Large Enterprise Account Executive
Sprinklr is looking for an experienced sales leader to manage key accounts that generate significant revenue. In this role you will establish, nurture, and expand valuable relationships with customers, research and pursue new business opportunities, and connect with influencers, executives, and decision‑makers.
What You’ll Do
• Develop new business sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, and completing field‑based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical.
• Create sales opportunities, identify decision makers, and build champions at the CMO, COO, and CTO levels.
• Listen, identify, and understand client and prospective client needs to deliver value and exceed expectations.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and positively influence them.
• Enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide the sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
• Seek feedback from leaders, peers, and clients at every opportunity to continuously improve.
Who You Are
• One of the top 10% of salespeople in your current company/division.
• Earned a record of accomplishment as one of the best sales performers.
• Possesses 6+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, including full SaaS deal cycles.
• Demonstrates strong EQ and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving industry.
• Has a track record of building relationships and leveraging them to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Is passionate about the Customer Experience revolution and understands how Sprinklr can impact global organizations.
