Job Description Sprinklr is an AI‑native Unified Customer Experience Management platform that empowers brands to deliver remarkable customer experiences at scale.
Responsibilities Develop new business sales revenue through account planning, territory planning, researching prospective customers, and completing field‑based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory or vertical. Listen, identify, and understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs to deliver value and exceed expectations.
Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and positively influence them. Enhance knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors to provide a sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue. Seek feedback at every opportunity from leaders, peers, and clients to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications Top 10% of salespeople in your current company or division. 6+ years of successful Enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of closing complex and enterprise‑wide SaaS deals. Strong relationship‑building skills, demonstrating high emotional intelligence.
Passion for the Customer Experience revolution and the ability to embrace change. Current and unrestricted work authorization in the country where the role is based; visa sponsorship is not available.
