This is a strategic role focused on managing and expanding relationships with major brand owners and converters across Europe in the shrink sleeve label sector. Key Responsibilities Lead a portfolio of high-value key accounts in a fast-evolving packaging segment. Drive commercial strategy with a €15-20M sales budget.
Collaborate with top-tier clients and industry leaders. Be part of a business investing heavily in innovation and market expansion. Own and grow strategic customer relationships across Europe. Lead sales planning, forecasting, and budget execution. Represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry events.
Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in shrink sleeves, labelling, or flexible packaging. Strong network in the packaging industry. Fluent in German and English; additional languages (Spanish, Italian) are a plus. Proven leadership and commercial acumen.
